    • First Come/First Serve - Must pass the online exam prior to securing a spot for the tasting exam

  • Hops for a group brew/project/experiment

    • MASH was offered experimental hops to brew a S.M.A.S.H beer.  There was enough interest from members to follow up and obtain more information.

  • Beer Style: Czech Lagers 

    • Matt Waldron presented on history and progression of classic Pilsner styles including German, Czech and American. 

    • Sampled commercial examples of German, Czech and American Pilsners.
