Wondering what’s in our water?  You’re not alone!  A few MASH members have sent samples of their tap water to Ward Laboratories for analysis.

He is the author of Bru’n Water software for brewing water adjustment and author of the Bru’n Water website, home to extensive brewing water information. He is also a technical editor for Brewer Publications’ book on Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers by John Palmer and Colin Kaminski.
