You may also want to take a peek at this e-mail chain between MASH member Scott Graham and Martin Brungard of the North Florida Brewers League in Tallahassee.  Martin is  a recognized expert in brewing water chemistry and a professional engineer specializing in water treatment. He is the author of Bru’n Water software for brewing water adjustment and author of the Bru’n Water website, home to extensive brewing water information. He is also a technical editor for Brewer Publications’ book on Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers by John Palmer and Colin Kaminski.
